All orders placed during the weekend are for Monday release. All
orders placed after 3.30 PM Eastern Time are considered for shipping the
next business day. 1800mobiles.com does not ship during Federal
Holidays.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY: 30 days allowance from purchase date for
all returns. E-Mail us promptly to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
A re-stocking fee of 10% applies on all returns except when item is
defective or has been erroneously shipped. Purchase amount is credited
upon our receipt of both product and packaging in original condition. If
an item is defective or erroneously shipped by us, upon receipt of the
same we will refund you for return shipping up to .00.
RETURN POLICY FOR CELLULAR PHONES WITH ACTIVATION: Return
policies vary from carrier to carrier:
- CANADIAN AND PUERTO RICO SHIPMENTS:
1800Mobiles.com now ships also to Canada and Puerto Rico. Products
currently sold to these countries' customers: Cellular Phones
Accessories Only. We do not sell cellular phones or any
other accessory to Canada or Puerto Rico as of yet. We ship 3 days
Select. Cost: .99 including brokerage.
Promotion Cut Off Dates: We recommend you to place orders for
activation well before the end of carrier promotions, to secure
proper airtime plans, rebates etc. In order to benefit from
promotions, you must enter the order by 3:00 PM of the final date
indicated by the carrier. 1-800-MOBILES is not responsible for
activation delays caused by the credit approval process.
Discount Coupon Codes: coupon codes do not apply to Verizon,
T-Mobile or Sprint new cell phone activations.
Website Errors: 1-800-MOBILES Inc. shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price and /or incorrect information, including product
availability. Under no circumstances 1-800-MOBILES Inc. shall be
held liable for errors in calling plan airtime or services offered
by telecommunication carriers.
Product Liability: The maximum product liability
to1-800-MOBILES Inc. arising from any product sold on the
